Companies

Companies are the base entity of AppliQloud, from which other entities and processes are defined. To create a company, it is necessary to access the ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE card group and click on the Companies card.

Within the companies application, we can see a report with the existing companies. In this case there are no created companies yet. We click on the + button at the top right to create a new company.

Once we have entered the creation form, we define the company attributes, in this case a unique identifier and a name.

tip

Use your company trade name as the Name attribute of the company object. (AppliQloud instead of AppliQloud LLC.). You will use the company legal name in the accounting entities application

The next step allows you to define an optional company logo to visually identify your company in other applications instead of using the identifier.

tip

If the uploaded image looks distorted or skewed, try to upload a small, square image to ensure a correct rendering.

Once the company information is defined, we click on the save button, and we will return to the reports screen, in which we can see our first company.

The next step is to define the locations of our company.
